The Matletik software, developed within the Istanbul University Technopolis, exemplifies a brand that produces electronic-based support content and applet technology for mathematics education at all levels in accordance with international standards. The Dynamic Mathematics Class 7 application is specifically designed for seventh-grade students and teachers, incorporating all aspects of the updated mathematics curriculum set forth by the Ministry of National Education. This includes a comprehensive smart book and hundreds of virtual dynamic objects known as applets.

Key objectives in the development of this application are outlined as follows:

1. To provide engaging, scenario-based learning opportunities that are conceptual and skills-focused, while alleviating anxiety related to mathematics and addressing potential negative attitudes.
2. To facilitate the understanding of all topics covered in the curriculum, along with various mathematical concepts and methods, through visual tools that concretize abstract ideas and enhance mathematical intuition.
3. To execute processes that are challenging or impossible to undertake manually, such as dividing a circle into a hundred slices, rolling a die a thousand times, rotating a complex polygon, or searching for one's birthday within five million digits of Pi.
4. To enhance students' skills and speed in estimation and mental calculations through interactive questions, tests, and exams in preparation for centralized assessments.
5. To create an environment for teachers that allows unlimited generation of accurate questions, lesson notes, and assignments.

The application features a smart book containing fundamental information organized by units and areas of learning, solved problems, unit tests, and many embedded applets.

The foundation of this application comprises three essential types of applets:

• Concept and Topic Applets: These applets aim to clarify concepts, formulas, definitions, and methods associated with specific topics using models, graphs, or simulations. Users may discover just how enjoyable and straightforward learning mathematics can be through these applets.
• Question Preparation Applets: Users can create their own questions using these applets and subsequently view the solutions to their queries.
• Random Question Applets: Serving as an infinite question bank, these applets allow for the generation of thousands of problems and solutions at the touch of a button to reinforce learned topics. After responding to randomly generated questions, users can check their answers and solutions.

Out of the total 80 applets available, 18 are Concept and Topic applets, 16 are Question Preparation applets, and 46 are Random Question applets.

The unit and class tests within the application have also been developed using applet technology. The questions originate not from a finite static question pool but from millions of unique questions generated by the application's analytical engine using random algorithms. Upon completing a unit or class test, users will receive a mini report showcasing their performance. This report can be shared with family and friends if desired.
