Meditatio - Méditation, prière 1.13.6

We are a young Christian couple, Jeanne and Thomas, and we have created Meditatio to introduce you to Christian meditation, which can completely transform your life.

Christian meditation is an incredible place for replenishment with God, who is the true source of all the benefits you can reap from meditation, and moreover, the anonymous author of countless blessings that go far beyond what you can imagine.

Meditatio offers an introductory journey to Christian meditation, including:

• 9 days of training with 5-minute audios
• 8 guided meditations from the "discovery" journey

From the first days of practice, you will be able to experience these benefits: peace and joy.

Then, you will find numerous guided meditations on themes such as joy, peace, fulfillment, stress and anxiety management, as well as passages from the Bible. You will also find a free meditation screen with various tools to help you relax (including relaxation exercises from the Vittoz method, breathing exercises,...) and to spend silent time with God, accompanied by a biblical passage or verse if you wish.

Meditatio offers a highly accessible approach that caters to everyone: committed Christians as well as those who may feel disconnected from this religion and its institution, or rather from their perception of it. Our goal is to show you how much God can change your life if you dedicate a small daily time to Him, and to enable you to become independent quickly even without any prior experience in Christian meditation or prayer.
