What is UB Pay?

UB Pay is a secure and convenient payment platform that allows you to register your credit and debit cards, as well as your bank account, to process everything from membership to coupons with just one payment password. UB Pay does not store any of your financial information.

• All card and bank account information registered with UB Pay is separately managed by each card issuer and bank, ensuring its safety. It is not stored on any external devices or servers.
• With just one registration, UB Pay allows you to make easy and convenient payments anytime, anywhere. Through strategic partnerships with banks and merchants, UB Pay provides its payment platform in the apps of partner companies. If you have an app with UB Pay's payment platform integrated, you can make payments at participating merchants without having to install a separate payment app. UB Pay's partner apps include Sumbank (Busan Bank), Mobile Banking (Kyeongnam Bank), Mobile Banking (Kyeongnam Bank), Pohang Sacred Heart Hospital, Public Shopping, Cultureland, Egespay (Eges Enterprise), PostPay (Post Office), Post Office Shopping, SSG.COM, Shinhyup S-Banking, and more, with continuous expansion in progress.

UB Pay Payment Methods

• Online (PC, Mobile) Payment:
• 1. Place an order for goods
  2. Select UB Pay as the payment method and complete the payment
  3. Confirm your mobile phone number (enter it) and the UB Pay app will automatically launch
  4. Select a card or bank and enter the payment password
  5. Payment complete
• Offline Payment:
• 1. Launch the UB Pay app
  2. Select "Make a payment"
  3. Select a card or bank and enter the payment password
  4. Proceed with QR/barcode payment or NFC touch/bluetooth reception payment
  5. Payment complete
• Zero Pay Payment:
• 1. Launch the UB Pay app
  2. Select "Make a payment"
  3. Select a bank and enter the payment password
  4. Scan the QR code and enter the amount or present the QR/barcode to proceed with the payment
  5. Payment complete
• Order Pickup:
• 1. Select a merchant
  2. Order and make the payment through the app
  3. Visit the merchant to pick up the ordered items
• Order Delivery:
• 1. Select a delivery location
  2. Order and make the payment through the app
  3. The ordered food will be delivered to your specified location

Order Pickup and Delivery Services

• Order Pickup: Pre-order and make the payment through the app, and pick up the items when you receive a notification on your phone.
• Order Delivery: Order and make the payment through the app, and we will deliver the desired food to your location.

Notes and Precautions

• UB Pay is a free service that does not impose any separate usage fees. However, data fees may be charged based on your mobile plan when connecting to data networks.
• The payment limit for UB Pay is the same as the payment limit of the registered credit card, while bank accounts (debit cards) require a sufficient balance in the withdrawal account for usage.
