Poèmes & Poètes 2.1

Poèmes et Poètes is a collection of French poetry that is free, ad-free, and works offline.

With over nine thousand poems available, they are classified by title or author, predominantly from the 19th century with the oldest dating back to the 16th century.

A search function allows you to quickly find poems by title or part of a title. The search integrates with the phone's global search.

Once the data is retrieved upon the initial launch, the application no longer requires internet access to function (except for updates, set by user-defined frequency).

The automatic update check only occurs at launch. No updates will take place if the application is never started, however, this does not result in missed updates.

No ads are displayed on any screen within the application.

Usage statistics for the application are collected anonymously via Google Analytics to enhance the application. These statistics include time spent on various screens of the application, namely:

• Home screen
• List of poems, list of poets
• Poem details
• Poet details
• Search screen (search terms are not included in transmitted information)
• Settings screen

All poems reproduced in the application are in the public domain in France.
