Recover your data easily and simply when you change your phone.

1. Prerequisites for using the application:

   • The data transfer application is reserved for Orange customers.
   • Both phones (old and new) must be in working condition.

2. In order to use the application under the best conditions, you must:

   • Have both the old and new mobile phones in working condition.
   • Have installed the Data Transfer application on both phones - the old and the new one.
   • Have inserted your SIM card into the new mobile phone.
   • Be connected to the same Wi-Fi network on both mobile phones.

3. What data can be transferred?

   • Contacts
   • Calendar (content stored on the phone only)
   • SMS and MMS*
   • Call logs*
   • Photos and videos
   • Music*
   • Wallpapers*

   *Supported and transferrable content may vary between platforms (Android/iOS). Optionally, you can also filter and transfer specific SMS, MMS, call logs, etc. based on a given period (3, 6, 12, or 24 months).

4. For which operating systems is the application available?

   • The application is available for Google's Android systems and Apple's iOS.

5. Which mobile phones can I transfer to?

   • To Android smartphones:
     • For devices with Android version 5.0 or later.
   • To iOS smartphones:
     • For Apple devices with version 10 or later.
     • Not compatible with iPads.

Note: If your Android version is up to date, the data transfer performance between your devices will be even better.

This application uses a device to collect and aggregate statistics to help us improve the application and our services. None of the collected data is stored in the application and will not be used to identify you.
