Gong Zhu is a popular tabletop game played among the Chinese. It is best enjoyed with a group of four friends and a deck of cards.

The gameplay of Gong Zhu is both entertaining and unpredictable. It can be easily learned by beginners, yet with enough play, one can accumulate experience and become a professional Gong Zhu master!

Gameplay:

• Each heart card represents a score: 4 = -10 points, 5 = -10 points, 6 = -10 points, 7 = -10 points, 8 = -10 points, 9 = -10 points, 10 = -10 points, J = -20 points, Q = -30 points, K = -40 points, A = -50 points, small joker = -60 points, big joker = -70 points;
• If you can collect all the heart cards, your negative score is reset to zero and you receive a bonus of +330 points;
• Spade Q (pig) = -100 points;
• Diamond J (sheep) = +100 points;
• Club 10 (upside-down) = all scores are doubled.
• If you not only collect all the heart cards but also the pig, sheep, and upside-down cards, you will receive a bonus of +1000 points.
