"Gosuslugi Avto" is an electronic document and service platform for car owners. It allows users to present their driver's licenses and vehicle registration certificates in electronic format, submit accident reports online using the European protocol, file insurance claims for damages, and receive timely notifications about fines.

DRIVER'S LICENSE AND REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT
Users can present their driver's licenses and registration certificates as QR codes upon request by traffic police officers. The driver and vehicle information is retrieved from the State Traffic Inspectorate database and is always up to date. This feature is available both online and offline.
As of 2023, presenting electronic driver's licenses and registration certificates is in the experimental phase. An inspector may request physical copies of the documents.

ACCIDENT REPORTING USING THE EUROPEAN PROTOCOL ONLINE
Accident notifications can be sent to insurance companies electronically, eliminating the need for paper forms. The process takes no more than 30 minutes.
If a paper form was used, users can take a photo of the accident scene and submit it through "Gosuslugi Avto" to the insurance company. In the event that all parties agree, photographic evidence can increase the compensation amount up to 400,000 rubles.

CLAIMS SETTLEMENT FOR COMPULSORY MOTOR INSURANCE (OSAGO)
If involved in an accident, users can file a claim online without visiting the insurance provider in order to receive compensation or a referral for repairs.

FINE NOTIFICATIONS
Receive notifications about fines from the State Traffic Inspectorate and pay them through the main Gosuslugi application."
