The HUD Speed application is a digital speedometer with a built-in radar detector function.

HeadUp Display (HUD) is the ability to use your phone or tablet as a projection display. Simply place the device under the windshield and you will see the speed projection and camera warnings right on the glass. No need to divert your attention from the road - everything is right in front of your eyes!

• In sunny weather, the brightness of your device may not be sufficient to display the projection on the glass. In this case, use the regular display mode and place the device in a holder. The projection will always be clearly visible at night, in the evening, and in cloudy weather.

If your speed exceeds the allowed limit by more than 19 km/h when approaching a camera, the application will emit warning sounds. This is important because now fines for exceeding the speed limit by >20 km/h start at 500 rubles.

The application works using known data about the locations of stationary cameras and traffic police radars (such as Strelka or Start ST) and other objects. The camera database is derived from our well-known anti-radar GPS application.

1. HUD Speed is your assistant but does not guarantee the absence of fines, as new cameras may not immediately appear in the database. Please obey traffic rules. A real radar detector, of course, works more reliably, but this application is free!
