The Philosophy of Let

In Japan, an astonishing 54 trillion yen worth of products accumulate as excessive inventory each year, leading to massive amounts of unused items being discarded daily. In particular, the food industry discards 6.12 million tons of food annually, creating a serious social issue known as food loss or food waste. The international goal of making the world sustainable, called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), includes the target of reducing global food waste by half before 2030. Let aims to eliminate food waste from society and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
