ZSZY Mobile is a smartphone application customized for the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan University in Guangzhou. This application aims to streamline the appointment process based on the existing outpatient services, reduce patient waiting times, expedite patient treatment, and optimize the overall patient experience.

The current main services provided on the mobile platform include:

• Message Notifications: Comprehensive notifications throughout the outpatient visit process, including hospital registration, doctor's appointment schedules, outpatient check-in, waiting times, medical prescription generation, scheduling of examinations, check-in for examinations, completion of examination/lab reports, pharmacy prescription fulfillment, and medication collection.
• Mobile Check-In: Enables mobile check-in for outpatient appointments via the mobile app, WeChat Official Account, and Alipay Service Window.
• Outpatient Queue Status: Patients can check real-time outpatient queue information on the mobile platform.
• Mobile Payment: Allows patients to individually or collectively pay for prescribed treatments on the mobile platform.
• Examination Queue Status: Patients can access real-time examination queue information for different departments via the mobile platform.
• Hospital Information: Provides patients with comprehensive information on the hospital, including an overview, medical insurance details, expert introductions, and consultation schedules.
• Smart Guided Navigation: Generates treatment schedules intelligently based on prescriptions to guide patients through their treatments effectively.
• Treatment Records: Enables patients to review all historical treatment records on the mobile platform, including prescription medications, examinations, tests, and therapies.
