The "New Era e-Branch" is an initiative organized by the Organization Department of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, serving as a cloud-based platform and mobile application for grassroots party building in Jilin Province.

Technical construction and maintenance of the "e-Branch" are undertaken by China Unicom, while the Jilin Daily provides news and educational resources for the platform.

Development and ongoing maintenance are managed by Jilin Daren Technology Co., Ltd.

The "e-Branch" embodies the implementation of a series of significant ideas and requirements set forth by General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding party building. It adheres to the principle that all party work should reach the grassroots level, effectively integrating traditional advantages of grassroots party construction with modern information technologies. This initiative aims to invigorate the party branch as a fundamental unit, attracting and uniting a broad base of party members and the public to promote comprehensive progress in grassroots party building. Utilizing modern technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, mobile connectivity, and artificial intelligence, the platform adopts a variety of multimedia formats including text, images, audio, video, and animations. It emphasizes functions related to publicity, education, management, services, activities, and guidance, thereby providing over 90,000 grassroots party organizations and 1.6 million party members across the province with a digital haven for red spirit.
