However, you can still check the status of previously accepted roadside assistance requests until the service termination date.

This free app provided by SBI Insurance is designed exclusively for automobile insurance policyholders. Users can conveniently review their policy details anytime from their smartphones. In case of breakdowns or accidents, assistance can be contacted with a single tap via the app.

Capabilities of the "SBI Insurance Subscriber App":

• 1. Policy Details Review
  Users can access their automobile insurance information at any time. All contract details can be viewed within a single dashboard, including an integrated driver's card.
• 2. Emergency Support
  The app allows users to report accidents and arrange for roadside assistance. Communication can also be initiated with one tap via the app. It utilizes GPS to obtain location information, providing reassurance even in unfamiliar areas without landmarks. The status of responses and arrangements can be monitored through the app in real-time.

Login Procedure for the "SBI Insurance Subscriber App":

To log in to this app, you will need your SBI Insurance automobile insurance "My Page ID (or Customer Code)" along with a password set by the user. For subsequent logins, you may enable auto-login or biometric authentication based on your settings. Please note that this app is available for use only from the completion of the insurance contract to the policy expiration date.
