"随申办" is the mobile brand of the "One Network for All Services" government service in Shanghai, where "申" represents Shanghai and sounds similar to "身" in Chinese, meaning that users can handle various government services anytime, anywhere, and with just their mobile phones. The "随申办" APP focuses on high-frequency tasks, special features, and column services. It integrates distinctive features such as the "随申码" and electronic certificates, and consolidates personal information queries such as social security inquiries, credit reports, educational records, and health records. It provides high-quality columns such as remote processing, seamless roaming in the Yangtze River Delta region, and certificate issuance. The goal is to create a super application for the "One Network for All Services" government service in Shanghai that understands users better than they understand themselves, providing personalized, proactive, accurate, and intelligent services.
