The Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Consumer Protection Law No. 2300-I) dated February 7, 1992, has undergone revisions as of July 4, 2024.

This legislation serves as the primary framework governing interactions among consumers, manufacturers, service providers, sellers, and importers in the context of goods sales. The Consumer Protection Law establishes consumers' rights to acquire goods, works, and services that are of adequate quality and safe for their life, health, and property.

The application operates entirely offline; an internet connection is not required for functionality.

Included within the package are all Federal Laws that have amended the articles of the code. References to documents are directly available in the editorial footnotes accompanying the articles.
