Dr. Ibrahim El-Fiky concluded, "If you decide and are certain that you are capable of success, accompany me in this book to discover the ten keys to success that I lived and learned through a long journey of struggle, perseverance, education, and continuous improvement." This was the final statement by Dr. Ibrahim El-Fiky.

El-Fiky was born in Giza Governorate. He won the Table Tennis Republic Championship and represented Egypt in the World Table Tennis Championship in Germany in 1969. In his professional life, he progressed through various positions until he became a department manager in the hotel sector at the Palestine Hotel in Alexandria. By the age of 25, he had reached the third rank. He traveled to Canada to study Business Administration with his wife Amal El-Fiky. El-Fiky mentioned during one of his lectures that when he traveled, he didn't own anything and worked in very humble positions in hotels, even carrying tables and washing dishes. However, he quickly advanced to become the manager of one of the largest hotels in Canada.

One of his most famous books is "The Ten Keys to Success," which took several years to write. This book resulted from extensive studies in business management and marketing. El-Fiky met many successful individuals in their lives and extracted from them the reasons for their success, compiling them into his book. The book achieved great success, selling over a million copies worldwide and being translated into three languages: Arabic, English, and French.

The ten keys to success as mentioned by El-Fiky in his book are: motivation as a fundamental driving force for human behavior, energy as the fuel of life, skill as the garden of wisdom, visualization as the path to success, action as the path to power, expectation as the road to reality, commitment, flexibility, patience, and discipline as the foundation of self-control. El-Fiky concluded his book with "Live every moment as if it were the last, live with faith, live with hope, live with love, live with struggle, and appreciate the value of life."

Dr. Ibrahim Mohamed El-Sayed El-Fiky, an expert in human development, linguistic programming, and neuro-linguistic programming and chairman of the board of the Canadian Center for Human Development and founder of Ibrahim El-Fiky Global Group of Companies, passed away at the age of 61. It has been four years since his tragic death when he was found with his sister Fawziya Ibrahim El-Fiky and another lady named "Noel" in the apartment where they resided, all deceased due to a fire that broke out in the building.
