The "Anxin Ban" app represents a collaborative effort between the Anyang Municipal Government and the Bank of China to enhance administrative efficiency and improve public service capabilities as part of the "Streamline Administration" reform initiative. This smart city service application aims to provide residents and businesses in Anyang with a highly efficient and convenient platform for handling various administrative tasks.

Utilizing a cutting-edge technological framework, "Anxin Ban" integrates three essential service sectors: government services, convenient public services, and inclusive financial services. After verification through methods such as facial recognition, users can access a one-stop solution for multiple administrative processes, including those related to public security, transportation, healthcare, social security, and civil affairs, as well as utilities like water, electricity, gas, and heating.

Established in October 2001, the Anyang Administrative Convenient Service Center is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and guiding the processing of various departmental matters. It also addresses public feedback regarding administrative bodies and their staff. The center features several operational entities including an Administrative Service Hall, a 12345 Interactive Service Center (the mayor's public service hotline), and an administrative convenience website that includes channels for the mayor's mailbox and online consultations.

Each county (city, district) in Anyang has its own administrative convenience service center, complemented by dedicated service stations at township (street) and village (community) levels. The city’s center further hosts specialized sub-centers for real estate transactions, vehicle management, public housing funds, water services, gas supply, and electricity management. This comprehensive network forms a responsive and efficient four-tier administrative convenience service system spanning city, county (city, district), township (street), and village (community).
