With the Boreal Mobile App, Boreal affiliates can manage access to healthcare services from their cell phones, obtaining digital medical consultation orders in real-time, as well as authorizations for scheduled medical studies quickly and easily, no matter where they are.

The application features a menu with 3 sections:

• Medical consultations: It allows for an interactive and intuitive search of healthcare providers from the network and enables users to request digital medical consultation orders in real-time on their cell phones (with immediate response) for any family member.
• Medical procedures: Users can request authorizations for medical studies and healthcare procedures scheduled in advance (non-emergencies) for any family member by submitting images of the medical requests and clinical histories, either taken via the phone's camera or selected from the device's image gallery.
• Network directory: It facilitates a quick and intuitive search for healthcare providers by name, specialty, and type of service (scheduled appointments or emergency care at the clinic) based on a selected region.
