Photo cloud app is a service for customers who subscribe to "Failure Loss Support with Cloud" and "Failure Loss Support Wide with Cloud" on au/UQ mobile smartphones (5G) released after May 17, 2022. Please check the release date at the following URL: https://www.au.com/mobile/product/smartphone.

It allows customers to automatically back up photos and videos taken by them. It also offers features to address device storage congestion, including large-capacity cloud storage and data organization capabilities.

1. Automatically backup to a large-capacity cloud: Photos and videos stored on customers' devices are automatically saved to a large-capacity cloud.
2. Optimize available space on your device:
   • Using AI image recognition, it sorts out blurry or similar photos,
   • It suggests deleting sorted photos to help manage device storage.
3. Easily edit backed-up photos: Photos stored in the cloud can be edited using various features such as cropping, filters, color correction, focus, frames, etc.
4. Organize backed-up photos and videos effortlessly: Organize photos by location, selfies, videos, etc.
5. Easily search backed-up photos and videos: Search for photos and videos based on album names or locations using the tagging feature.

Android OS Version Recommended for Use: 11.0 or above (Installs possible on 6.0 or above). Please note that depending on updates, device settings, available space, network status, and speed, among other factors, it may not operate on devices with the installable OS mentioned above. Kindly be aware that it does not guarantee operation on all devices.
