"Certificate Management App" is a service offered to improve the inconvenience of using public certificates due to the security policies of smartphone OS 11 and is provided free of charge to users and partner organizations (businesses).

Service Guide

The usage method of public certificates on smartphones has changed like this. (OS 11 or higher)

For banking/public institution apps that use public certificates, you must store and use them separately for each app. It can only be used in one service, and to use the public certificate in another service app, you need to import the certificate again.

For example: If you have 10 apps using certificates, you need to import the certificate 10 times for each app.

Now you can easily use the "Certificate Management App" service! Save your certificates securely and conveniently for use in partner services by exporting your certificates to the "Certificate Management App" from the Certificate Management site (https://cp.smartcert.kr) or importing them through the app.

1. Import/Export Certificates

- You can securely move and store the public certificate stored on the user's PC by accessing http://cp.smartcert.kr and exporting it to the "Certificate Management App," or by importing it using the "Import Certificate" function within the "Certificate Management App." When both Certificate Management Apps are installed, you can import/export public certificates securely between smartphones ("Import from Smartphone" or "Export to Smartphone").

- Certificates stored in the "Certificate Management App" can be securely transferred to partner apps using the "Import Certificate" feature from the "Certificate Management App."

- Certificates from partner apps can be securely transferred to the "Certificate Management App" by using the "Export Certificate to Certificate Management App" feature within partner apps.

With only the "Certificate Management App," you can use certificates in various partner apps.

- Import/Export of certificates are provided via mobile networks (4G/5G) and WiFi. If a mobile network is used, data usage charges may apply depending on your subscription plan.

2. Notices

- When receiving smartphone A/S, please delete the certificates stored in "Certificate Management" for customer information protection.

- If you no longer use the "Certificate Management App," please delete all public certificates before uninstalling the app for customer information protection.

- If there are expired certificates in the "Certificate Management App," please delete them.

- In case of smartphone loss, ensure to dispose of the public certificate through the issuing institution and obtain a reissue after disposal.

- If you make arbitrary changes to the smartphone platform structure, the "Certificate Management App” may not function correctly.

- International roaming charges apply when using mobile networks abroad. Excessive call charges may apply when using international roaming services. Please be cautious.
