The app has been developed by ORSAC, Odisha, leveraging the "Odisha RuRban4K Geo" Geospatial services. It utilizes georeferenced and geotagged administrative boundary and location data from "Odisha Rurban 4K Geo".

Regarding the Point of Interest (POI) of the user, the mobile app provides the Geo-Location of POI and additional Land Revenue Information including details such as district name, tehsil, CD Block, GP, village, khata number, plot number, owner's name, land type, area in hectares, police station details (Thana Name & Code), and distance of Thana.
